    1、The chemical composition control of raw materials and products

           Raw material is the key factor affecting product quality. ZAC attaches great importance to the inspection on raw materials and implement the most careful management for selecting high precision materials.

           The real-time samples is got after raw materials is molten at high 2000℃ in automatic control of electric furnaces, and fast and accurate analysis of chemical composition is taken by using X-ray fluorescence analyzer in order to ensure that products meet customer specifications.

    2、Internal quality check

           Internal quality check of the product is regularly.

           Glass phase exudation check: glass phase is one of the main factors contaminating glass quality and is regularly check and control.

           Rotate corrosion test is regularly check by static erosion and rotational corrosion method in order to grasp the product corrosion resistance.

           Continuous blister test: continuous blister test is regularly check by evaluation method for blister characteristics, which is created by AGCC.

    3、Appearance quality control

           Grinding is the last step to decide the appearance of the product precision, and NC data with high precision control of grinding equipment is ensured to achieve the perfect. All products must be checked on the weight, appearance and dimension , and Only qualified products are allowed to be pre-assembled.

           Products will be inspected by the customer and ZAC after pre-assembly. Only qualified products can be allowed to mark and depart factory. The inspection is also an important opportunity for ZAC ,as it can grasp the real demand, the pursuit of products and service improvement through communicating with the customer.
